Ro-boost-a! Blend (Higher Caffeine), Robusta Cherry + Arabica Blend

This is a blend of the two major types of coffee, and we use our specialty grade arabicas with a fresh imported Indian Cherry Robusta. 
 
While we mainly sell arabica for it’s taste and specialty roasting qualities, robusta does have higher caffeine content. Arabica beans tend to have a sweeter, softer taste, with tones of sugar, fruit, and berries. Their acidity is higher, with that winey taste that characterizes coffee with excellent acidity. Robusta, however, has a stronger, harsher taste, with a grain-like overtone and peanutty aftertaste. This “Ro-Boost-A” is a wonderful blend of both, and yields the higher caffeine content of robusta.
